📈Tip of the Week: Two Healthy

When most people hit Two Healthy, they automatically think of the popular Senna Reroll board. However, pro player Aesah has broken down three additional boards that utilize this augment just as well if not better.

CLIPS

📼 Clip of the Week:
Fortune > Galio 3

Fortune Cashouts are one of the most exciting parts of Set 11, but this clip from Boxbox highlights the true reason for celebration - the ability to scam a win from someone who thinks they had it in the bag.

If you’ve got clips, we want to see them. Send us an email or DM Gangly or CLE with a clip you’d like to see featured in the next edition.

NEWS
🚨A record breaking win by jdzielinski22

The Set 11 official competitive circuit was kicked off over the weekend with the Ascension of the Ages tournament, hosted by Aegis Esports.

The 400 entrant event was highlighted by the dominance of jdzielinski22, who finished at the top of the points table on all three days. He maintained a 1.6 average placement until the final game of the tournament, where he piloted Lucky Paws Kobuko to an 8th.

Stellar Minhee, Pun, and erinkuma all finished in the top 4 and earned spots into Tactician’s Cup I, which takes place on April 26-28. PockyGom, Filup, Connerisme and Rain rounded out the Top 8, earning spots in the Tactician Trials.

PLAYER SPOTLIGHT
💡 Player Spotlight - jdzielinski22

Career AVP: 4.37
Career Top 4 Rate: 49%
Career 1st Rate: 15%

Notable Results:

Set 11: AotA - 1st
Set 11: Fortune Favors the Brave - 2th
Set 9: Freljord Cup - 34th
Set 8: NA Regionals - 19th

Who on earth is jdzielinski22? Well buckle up, because this is a person you need to know.

JD is a veteran in competitive TFT, with experience dating all the way back to Set 5. However, despite his longevity in the scene, JD hasn’t found very much success at the highest levels of the game apart from a few Regionals appearances.

However, jdzielinski22 (man that’s hard to spell) has found back to back top results in Set 11, dominating two different Tier 2 events. At Ascension of the Ages (you can read more if you scroll up), he had a record setting AVP over his first 18 games of play.

JD may not be as acclaimed as other players in North America, but he has shown a level of expertise in Set 11 that we’ve never seen him show before. Perhaps this is the set where the chains comes off and jdzielinski22 truly makes his mark on the scene.

DARK TECH
😈 Zyra Reroll

If the meta has started to feel stale for you, looking out for Zyra reroll might give you the energy you need to queue it back up. This is a comp that has been popularized by pro player SpicyAppies.

It does require a good number of natural Zyras and plays as a classic 2-cost reroll comp, stabilizing on 3-2 around a core board of Garen/Zyra/Aatrox/Riven/Soraka.

Riven, Soraka, and Illaoi can also be rolled for provided that you hit enough of them while searching for Zyra. With a Ghostly +1, it can also play around a 4 ghostly core as an alternative to Senna.

After hitting Zyra, you want to push levels to add units like Sages and Rakan.

Ideal Zyra Items:

  • Spear of Shojin

  • Nashors Tooth

  • AP source, shiv also good
